We offer an innovative range of high speed weigh price labellers. These exciting products bring new levels of automation, flexibility and data capture to the factory floor. Both the Mercury and Venus models have been designed to provide fast accurate weighing and labelling, whilst operating in demanding food processing environments.

Set up and operation can be carried out very rapidly, either from the comprehensive operator console or remotely via a central PC. All models can be used as standalone weigh label centres or networked as part of an LAN. The system collects and stores comprehensive data for traceability and productivity purposes with the facility to provide detailed management reports. The design of both models is the result of a significant development program and customer liaison. Equal emphasis has been place on both mechanical operational features and electronic capabilities.

The system can be easily adapted to label a diverse range of different shaped products from wrapped cabbages to delicate packs of strawberries. The ingenious ‘V’ belt option provides secure transportation and labelling for irregular products such as cylindrical packs of meet or wrapped vegetables. Label applicators include air-jet options for delicate or awkward packs, whilst the units can be configured so that labels can be applied from either above or below the belt, further extending operational flexibility.

The impressive print head assembly, which can be rotated to suit particular products, brings new levels of sophistication to label printing, delivering high resolution custom labels and barcodes. The fully automatic Mercury is capable of weighing and labelling packs at speeds up to 150 per minute; the compact Venus is available in manual and automatic versions with speeds up to 80 packs per minute.
