The Titan deck plates are welded to the cross members which in turn are fully welded to the side beams to prevent any build up of materials beneath the deck. Cross members are fitted at 400 mm intervals providing optimum axle strength along the full length of the weighbridge. The design allows for the production of a 15 metre weighbridge using only 4 loadcells. The loadcells are mounted on the outside of the main beams allowing for easy access.

The Titan is compatible with our full range of weighbridge instrumentation and peripherals including driver-operated Self800 terminals, document and tally roll printers, Winweigh software and Telemaintenance support packages.

The revolutionary CPD Digital Loadcell is EC approved to 6000 divisions and multi-range versions are available. The loadcell is constructed throughout in stainless steel and sealed to IP68. Lightning protection comes as standard. The design allows for the removal and replacement of loadcells without the need to re-run cables. Digital technology provides extensive diagnostics and fault finding capabilities.
