The Westco Bilanciai EuroDeck SBP/M series of modular weighbridges represents a new force in weighbridge technology. These fully welded Pit and Surface models deliver all that you would expect from Europe's largest weighbridge manufacturer. Distinguished by their compact dimensions and digital load cell technology, the EuroDeck offers strength and versatility. Note - our versatile manufacturing capability allows us to manufacture metric or imperial dimension weighbridges. We have developed a special technique for replacing outdated mechanical weighbridges with fully electronic weighbridges which fit directly in your existing pit - without time consuming and costly structural modifcations. |

The EuroDeck has a fully electric welded structure designed to withstand very high concentrated loads. The maximum deck deflection is only 9 mm at 25000 kg load in the center of a standard 7.5 m module. The design utilises 10400 kg of steel to construct closely spaced structural beams supporting a 10 mm deck. These have sufficient depth so that they do not require additional stiffening plates or supports welded to the underside of the structure. |
EuroDeck's modular design allows easier installation in confined areas such as under silos, batching plants and inside buildings. The unique load cell mounting allows for installation on inclines as great as 1:30. Installation of the structure is typically completed within one day with commissioning and verification within the same period. Export versions are supplied in 1.5 m wide modules for transportation by ISO containers. ............ |
The revolutionary CPD Digital Loadcell is EC approved to 6000 divisions and multi-range versions are available. The loadcell is constructed throughout in stainless steel and sealed to IP68. Lightning protection comes as standard. The design allows for the removal and replacement of loadcells without the need to re-run cables. Digital technology provides diagnostics and fault finding when used with our Telemaintenance™ package. |
